Shipping Domestic

All shipping is done via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping does not include TAT (Turn Around Time). 

Refunds on shipping will be given for overages greater than $1.00

Shipping International

Fig and Oak Wax Co. currently does not ship internationally. 

Returns

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to notify us of any issue with our product. Since scent preference and strength is subjective, no refunds will be given if the scent or strength is not enjoyed or what was expected. 

Buyer is responsible for shipping fees for returned items. Item(s) must be unopened and remain in original packaging for return.
